If your reservation includes other guests, they are allowed to check in before your arrival only by presenting at least one of these documents:

Check-out

The maximum time for check-out is at 10:00. Late check-out is based on availability and the decision of the acting supervisor.

Intellectual property

It is forbidden to take photographs with professional equipment in the establishment. The Customer undertakes not to use the photographs, the name of the Establishment, the partner brands or any other element linked to the image of the Establishment for public, commercial or professional purposes. Any person contravening this prohibition will be liable to pay the Establishment in addition to any recourse of a nature to compensate the Establishment for the loss suffered.

Pets

Tiny pets that are clean and well-behaved are welcome. It is mandatory to mention the presence of the pet when booking.

We use video surveillance on our premises for the following purposes:

• To protect our guests and other individuals who, for whatever reason, find themselves in the area supervised by the Company and to protect their property,
• To supervise the entrance and exit from the premises and to make employees less exposed to the risk of robberies, break- ins, violence, thefts and similar events at work or related to work,
• To protect the Company’s property,
• To protect unauthorized entering the Company’s premises,
• To reduce risks and increase the protection of people working in money exchange.

We base the application of video surveillance on our legitimate interest in protecting people and property, while in the case of money exchange, it is our legal obligation to provide video surveillance of the exchange office.

Recordings obtained through video surveillance are not to be delivered to third parties, except in case there is a request or order of the competent state authority (e.g. the police, state attorney, courts, labor inspectorate). They may be used as evidence in court, administrative, arbitral, or other equivalent proceedings, in accordance with current procedural rules applicable in such proceedings. The recordings are not to be transferred abroad.

The video surveillance we use does not belong to intelligent video surveillance systems, it is not connected with other systems, nor shall we use video surveillance for profiling or automated decision-making.

Payment terms

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Aparthotel Plat cannot accept reservations without any credit card guarantee. Your credit card will be charged for special offers and promotions at the time of the reservation. These rates are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
The full payment is due when checking out from Aparthotel Plat.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy varies according to the rate that is booked. Please refer to the individual full rate descriptions given at booking.
If you choose to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

Online Payment
Methods and terms of payment

The credit card shall be charged for the full amount according to the terms and conditions of the accepted offer. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Diners and American Express. The credit card shall be charged in the currency indicated in the offer/quote and the issued invoice. Our personal data, as well as your credit card information, shall be completely protected. Data transfer shall be carried out via a secure server. Refund issued to the credit card shall be performed under the following conditions: Refund may be requested up to 7 days prior to arrival. Refund shall be made in the same manner used for the transaction. In case the credit card charge was unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order. WSPay ensures the customer and the trader with secure card data entry and transfer, as confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate. WSPay uses the 256-bit encryption SSL certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transfer.
